How To Survive The Heat

Hey, guys,  the summer heat is officially in full swing and so is the humidity. Going out and praying that your face doesn't melt off and your hair is not growing by the second is a daily challenge so here are my tips for surviving the upcoming months.

Firstly,
Hair, my hair is very frizzy and so it just eats up any moisture it could get. The only solution I found is the Brazillian treatment that tames my hair and makes my hair more manageable. Having the amount of hair I have is very tiring so I could take any help I could get. Always remember hairspray and a teasing comb are your friends when it comes to taming flyaways.

Moving on to face,
A good primer, setting spray and baking are 3 key elements of your makeup routine which you should really skip in summer, especially if you're trying to avoid looking like a hot mess. The setting spray is also very cooling whilst it also helps to lock everything in place. A good primer sets a solid base layer and gives your makeup something to stick to. Whilst baking oily areas helps lock the product in place and avoid messes.

Avoid using foundations with SPF at night especially when you know photos with flash are going to be taken as this will only make you look shiny in photos and you will look like a hot mess.

Having blotting sheets in your bag always is a good idea to wipe away any oily areas and not mess up any makeup.

Lastly, Deodorant and Perfume, having a small travel size of these with you whenever going out is always a life saver in any situation. You could always keep samples that shops give you and keep them in clutches for when you do go out or have special occasions.
